Winner of Ecommerce Innovation of the Year and Best New Product, Clear Returns offers a cloud-based software designed to minimise returns and increase profits for online and multichannel retailers. She is also founder and Managing Director of Broadreach Retail - providing specialist leadership consulting services to global blue chip retailers, spear-heading projects to re-align board & operational structure to enable change to occur more rapidly for the betterment of customers, stores & profitability. Julie built her retail reputation with Tesco. She was Retail Operations Director of Liberty, with full P&L responsibility for sales at the iconic central London headquarters, and Retail Director for the Spirit Group, executing the turnaround strategy that led to a sales increase of 12% in two years.
